JKSSB Recruitment 2024 Important Update

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued the following payment-related updates for candidates who have recently submitted online applications:

• Pending payments: If your application payment has been deducted from your bank account but is still showing as ‘Pending’ in the application portal, please wait for 24 hours. The payment gateway sometimes takes time to reconcile and update the payment status. Avoid making duplicate payments.
• Multiple/excess payments: If you have made multiple payments for the same JKSSB application, you can request a refund by submitting the JKSSB refund request form along with your complete payment details. Ensure the full payment already reflects against your application before applying for a refund.
