The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released notification regarding Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration zone for the Matric Level Posts.

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/88/2023-03 (7314392) dated: 19-11-2023, issued the result/score. sheet of the candidates who appeared in the OMR based written examination held on 05-11 2023 for the various Matric Level posts

Accordingly, keeping in view the need and objective to fill all requisitioned vacancies, the candidates who are falling under the consideration zone for the aforementioned posts, given in Annexure A to this notification, are hereby called upon to appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of their documents/certificates as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.

Further, the multiple posts/items for which the candidates falling in consideration zone have been considered is annexed as Annexure B for convenience and reference of the candidates. In case, any item is missing in Annexure B against any candidates name/roll number, such candidates are advised to submit clubbing requests as per the format enclosed (Annexure C) from 10-01-2024 to 12-01-2024 at JKSSB, Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu/JKSSB, Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar. No representation in this regard shall be accepted after 12-01-2024.

The candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):

• Copy of Online Application Forms.
• Two passport size recent colour photographs.
• One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
• D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
• Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
• Domicile Certificate.
• 10+2 Marks Sheet / Diploma, if applicable.
• Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diploma as per Advertisement Notifications.
• Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board in respect of candidates, who have obtained Diplomas outside the UT of J&K.
• Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V. (as per Annexure D).

The candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items/posts (as per Annexure E) in offline mode to the document verification committees.

The candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee(s) on the scheduled date shall forfeit their right to selection.
