JK Labour Card Registration 2024 Overview:

JK Labour Card 2024 Eligibility:

1. The applicant should be at least 18 years of age and maximum 50 years of age
2. The labor applicant should be working in any construction or building construction work for 3 months out of the last 12 months.
3. Applicant must be permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir
4. The applicant must be labourer.

JK Labour Card 2024 Benefits:

1. Maternity Benefit For Female Workers (Upto 2 Childs)
2. Rs 5000/- Financial Assistance Funeral Expenses
3. Rs 5000/- Financial Assistance To Dependents In Case Of Death Of Registered Workers
4. Scholarships Schooling Education, Academic Education amd Professional Education.
5. Financial Assistance For Medical
6. Rs 200000/- To The Nominee / Dependents Of The Registered Construction Worker In Case Of His/Her Natural Death.
7. Rs 400000/- To The Nominee / Dependents Of The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of An Accidental Death.
8. Rs 100000/- To The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of His Partial Permanent Disablement.
9. Rs 200000/- To The Registered BOC, Workers In Case Of Permanent Disablement.
10. Rs 1200/- Per Annum Per Child (Upto Two Children) As Education Assistance For The Children Of The Registered BOC, Workers For Class 9th To 12th Through National Scholarship Portal.
11. Micro-Credit Facility Of Rs 10,000/- Along-With Specially Designed Micro Credit ATM Cum Smart Identity Card.

Guidelines for Documents:

• Only .gif / .jpg / .jpeg / .png file types are allowed for all except Registration Form.
• Only .pdf file type is allowed for Registration Form.
• Bank Passbook Copy must with 16 digit account no. & photo.
• File size for each attachment should be up to 200 KB except Registration Form should be up to 300KB.
• Scanned files should not be more than 100 DPI.

Step 1: Go to the official website of J&K labour registration https://jkbocw.gov.in/

Step 2: The home page will open on the screen

Step 3: click on  option register on the homescreen

Step 4: On new page, you have to enter the following details:-

• Name
• Gender
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Date of birth
• Address
• Pin code
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• Website
• Password etc

Step 5: Now click on register

Step 6: By following this procedure you can do labour registration.

2. Now you are required to click on login
3. Login On The Portal by entering phone number and password.
4. By following this procedure you can login on the portal.

JK Labour Card Grievance Submission:

1. Visit the official website of J&K labour registration https://jkbocw.gov.in/
2. Now you are required to click on online grievance
3. Grievance form will appear before you
4. In this form you have to enter the following details:-

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email
• Address
• Pin code
• District
• Message

After that click on submit
