Jammu and Kashmir Bank has announced a recruitment notification for the post of FLC Counsellor on a contract basis. The candidates who are interested and eligible can apply for the post by sending their application form via email. The last date to apply is 10.03.2024.
Vacancy Details
There are two vacancies for the post of FLC Counsellor, one each at FLCC Centre Anantnag and FLCC Centre Kupwara.
Qualification and Experience
The candidates who want to apply for the post should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Graduation from a reputed institute/university
- Experience in banking/related fields and sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, agriculture and allied activities
- Communication and team building skills and knowledge of local language
- Working knowledge of computers
- Knowledge/skills of conducting financial literacy camps (preferred)
- Retired J&K Bank Officer not below the rank of Scale-III (preferred)
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post is 65 years as on 01.01.2024.
Remuneration and Incentives
The selected candidates will be paid a remuneration of Rs. 22,000/- per month. In addition, they will also get monthly conveyance, mobile/telephone charges and performance linked incentives.
Selection Process
The candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility and relevant experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their communication ability, interaction and teaching skills, knowledge/skills required for FLC Counsellor in conducting camps, experience in related fields.
