• You must have passed your Class 12th examination from a school affiliated with either JKBOSE (Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education) or CBSE located in J&K and Ladakh.
• For admission through the Lateral Entry Scheme (Engineering only), you must have a Diploma in Engineering from a DTE-recognized Polytechnic Institute in J&K and Ladakh.

Income:

• Your family income from all sources should be less than or equal to ₹8.00 lakh per annum.

Admission:

• You must secure admission in a government college/institution or other AICTE-approved institutions outside J&K and Ladakh (except for medical courses) through the AICTE counseling process under the supernumerary quota.
