Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Physical Criteria:
The candidates will undergo 3 stages of the selection process – Physical Endurance Test, Physical Standards Test, and Written Examination. The JK Police have the physical criteria for constable recruitment, and they differ slightly between men and women. Details regarding the physical criteria is mentioned below (please check notification also for Eligibilty and other details).
Physical Endurance Test (PET):
Physical endurance test required are mentioned below.
- Men: 1600 meters run in 6 minutes 30 seconds, 20 push-ups
- Women: 1000 meters run in 6 minutes 30 seconds, shot put (4kg) throw at least 14.5 feet in three attempts.
