J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment: Notification out for Clerk Posts:The online examinations for the upcoming Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRPRRBs XIII) for recruitment of Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”- Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as per the tentative schedule provided below.
The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority tentatively scheduled in November 2024.
J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment Application Fee
The application fees for Officers (Scale I, II & III), the fee is Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST) for all others and Office Assistants (Multipurpose), the fee is Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates and Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST) for all others.
J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment Age Limit
For Office Assistants (Multipurpose), the age requirement is between 18 years and 28 years. For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), candidates must be above 18 years and below 30 years of age.
J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment Educational Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent is required. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs)* is mandatory. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment Selection Process
To land a job at a Regional Rural Bank (RRB), you’ll face a multi-stage selection process. It starts with an online test for all positions, followed by a written exam for Officers (Scale-I) and Office Assistants. Officer roles (all scales) also involve an interview.

J&K Grameen Bank Recruitment Application Process
A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However, a candidate can apply for only one post in the officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees/intimation charges separately for each post.
