Application forms are invited from the eligible candidates of UT of AK for engagement against the following sanctioned posts for Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at District Hospitals of Ganderbal, Pulwama, budgam, Shopian, Bandipora & Kulgam. approved by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MOSJE). Government of India and nationally coordinated by National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NODTC), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS►, New Delhi, initially for the period of one year, extendable on yearly basis, subject to good performance & conduct or till continuation of sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier

7. One passport size self attested photograph to be affixed on the application form and one spare photograph to be submitted along with the form.
