GAIL Executive Trainee Recruitment :GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) has released short notice inviting applications from Indian Nationals fulfilling the eligibility criteria for filling up positions of Executive Trainees in the various Disciplines through GATE 2025. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill Executive Trainee posts in Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and BIS. Eligible candidates can apply online through the website of GAIL at www.gailonline.com.
Candidates are advised to fill out the GATE 2025 Application Form in order to participate in the GAIL Recruitment through GATE 2025. The GATE Registration 2025 was commenced on 28 August 2024, and the deadline for registration is September 26, 2024.

Selection Process
GAIL will utilize the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering ‐ 2025 Marks (GATE‐2025 Marks) for the recruitment of Executive Trainees in the disciplines of Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and BIS. The selection process involves the following Stages:
- Shortlisting (Based On GATE 2025 Score)
- Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Eligible candidates who wish to apply for the position of Executive Trainees in GAIL will be required to first register for GATE‐2025 and thereafter, appear in GATE‐2025 as per instructions and timelines notified by GATE‐2025 Organizing Institute in one of the following relevant GATE Examination Papers:

Salary Details:
Candidates selected for the post of Executive Trainee in GAIL (India) Limited will receive the emoluments as per E2 Grade. During the probation period of one year, the Executive Trainees will be paid a basic pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Upon successful completion of the training-cum probation period, they will be placed in the same pay scale of E-2 grade. The monthly Salary for an Executive Trainee will range from Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/-. In addition to the basic pay, the employees will earn a variety of perks and allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, cafeteria allowance, travelling allowance, leave travel concession, medical facilities, gratuity, provident fund, pension benefit, etc.
