As expected WCD is going to release, 12000+ Vacant Posts for the above-stated positions.

The candidates should be 8th/ 10th/ 12th Pass out / Graduation with diploma as per posts. The age limit for the recruitment is between 18 – 40 years as per posts. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in written examination/ Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Anganwadi Recruitment 2024:

The required educational qualification, experience, and age limit for each post are given below for Anganwadi Recruitment 2024:-

Qualification Required

1. Anganwadi Worker (AWW): 10th pass with ITI (preferably Child Development Worker) or Diploma in Pre-School Education.
2. Anganwadi Helper (AWH): 8th pass.
3. Anganwadi Teacher (AWT): 12th pass with a Diploma in Teacher Training or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
4. Anganwadi Supervisor (AWS): Graduation with a Diploma in Home Science or Child Development.

Age Limit

1. AWW and AWH: 18 and 40 years.
2. AWT and AWS: the upper age limit may be higher (around 45 years).
3. Age relaxation for reserved categories may apply.
