PGCIL Recruitment 2024: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released employment notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer (Survey Engineering), Surveyor and Draughtsman for Regions and Corporate Centre, under Advt. No. CC/05/2024. The last date of receipt of online application is hereby extended from 29th August 2024 to 08th September 2024.

Application Fee:
Applicants are advised to pay a non-refundable application fees of Rs. 300/- for the post of Junior Engineer (Survey Engineering) Gr-III and 200/- for the post of Surveyor Gr-IV and Draughtsman Gr-IV through online mode. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Selection Process of PGCIL JE Surveyor Draughtsman Recruitment 2024:
The selection process shall consist of a Written Test through a Computer Based Test of eligible candidates and a Trade Test of shortlisted candidates. The Written Test shall be of Objective type (each question shall have four options) of two hours duration consisting of two parts –
- Part I consists of a Technical /Professional Knowledge Test (TKT/PKT) with 120 questions having specific questions from respective disciplines.
- Part II consists of an Aptitude Test (AT) with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency & interpretation, numerical ability, etc.
