Kashmir University Recruitment for Non Teaching Staff :Kashmir University has released an employment notification vide Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2024, inviting Online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Technical Assistants in Various Departments/Campuses of the University of Kashmir. As noted in the official notification the candidates who want to apply for the mentioned posts must be the domiciles of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of Kashmir University i.e, www.kashmiruniversity.net. As mentioned in the official notification of Kashmir University the upper age limit for the mentioned posts is between 40 years (age relaxation as per rules). Candidates selected for Technical Assistant positions will be paid a monthly salary in the Pay Range of Rs 29,200 – 92,300/Pay Level 05. The selection of applicants will be based on written examination/Skill Test or interview.

Eligibility of Kashmir University Non Teaching Staff Recruitment 2024
The essential qualifications required for the Technical Assistant posts are listed below:-
- Technical Assistant (Biochemistry): B.Sc/M.Sc Biochemistry
- Technical Assistant (Botany): B.Sc /M.Sc Botany
- Technical Assistant (Computer Science): B.E/B.Tech in Computers /IT OR BCA/B.Sc-IT OR Graduation with three years Diploma in Computer Science Engineering
- Technical Assistant (Home Science): M.Sc Biochemistry/ M.Sc Dietetics & clinical Nutrition
- Technical Assistant (Kupwara Campus): B.Tech in Electronics & Communications OR B.Sc with Electronics as one of the subjects OR B.Sc with three years Diploma in Electronics & Communication.
Age Limit
The age of Applicants should be not below 18 years and not above 40 years in case of Open Merit as of 01.01.2024. The upper age limit for reserved categories is relaxed as per Norms.
